Assessment of conformity of elements of the structural subsystems according to the national technical regulations for railways

Description of the procedure:

Pursuant to the Article 113 and the Article 114 of the Law on Rail Traffic Safety (“Official Gazette of the RS” No 41/2018) TOK-KONTROL doo verifies the conformity of structural subsystem elements by issuing the certificate of conformity. Fulfilment of the requirements for issuance of the certificate is determined by TOK-KONTROL within the scope of the procedure. The procedure implies inspection of fulfilment of the requirements in respect of submission of required documentation stipulated by the Law and the Rulebook on assessment of conformity of interoperability constituents and elements of the structural subsystems, verification of structural subsystems and issuance of use permits for the structural subsystems (“Official Gazette of the RS” No 33/22).

Application for issuance of the certificate of conformity of the elements of the structural subsystems:

1. business name, i.e. the name and address of the registered office of the applicant;
2. identification and name of the person authorized to represent the applicant;
3. name and description of the structural subsystem element being the subject of conformity assessment, requested module/module combination for conformity assessment,
4. title of the technical regulation on the basis of which the conformity assessment is requested, including the number of the official journal in which the regulation was published and
5. initial technical documentation required for the conformity assessment, to be enclosed to the application.

NOTE:
The applicant chooses the module/module combination to be applied for the conformity assessment of elements of the structural subsystems.
