\nThe modules CA1<\/strong>, CA2<\/strong> or CH<\/strong> may be used only for the products developed and placed on the market before the entry in force of the Rulebook on assessment of conformity of interoperability constituents and elements of the structural subsystems, verification of structural subsystems and issuance of use permits for the structural subsystems (\u201cOfficial Gazette of the RS\u201d No 33\/22), provided that the manufacturer demonstrates to TOK-KONTROL doo that design examination and type examination were implemented on comparable terms and that the type conforms to the national technical regulations in force. Suh demonstration must be documented and shall be considered to provide equal evidence as type examination according to module CB<\/strong> or design examination according to module CH1<\/strong>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
